Aloha.
My name is Atsumi Hara and I am a certified practitioner of Structural Integration (SI) as well as a Certified GYROTONIC® trainer.
I was certified as a SI practitioner from the school, Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, CO, in February 2003. Also I was certified as a GYROTONIC® trainer in Miami June 2009.
It takes ten sessions to finish the basic series. It is recommended to have each session once a week or two, at most three weeks.
Each session would take about 60 to 70 minutes except the first session which might be a bit longer because I will give you some explanation about this work as well as asking your physical history before we start the session.
For an attire, a bra and panties for women and a brief or boxer brief for men.
This is a one-on-one session using a Pulley Tower.
A session is 60 minutes.
We recommend all clients to have at least one or two sessions per week.
We provide towels so you don't have to bring one with you.
Please bring your own water.
Please wear clothing comfortably movable such as yoga pants and a T-shirt.
Bear feet or with socks. No sneakers or shoes.
My office hours are flexible. Please ask me your most convenient time including weekends.

My studio is located in Holualoa. It is about a 15 minute-drive from downtown Kona, 20 minutes from the Captain Cook and Waikoloa areas and 50 minutes from the Waimea area. I'll give you the directions when we set up an appointment.
Please call me 24 hours prior to the appointed hour if you need to cancel/change your appointment, otherwise you will be charged 100%.
Also please be on time. If you are late more than 20 minutes, the session will be cancelled.
